I also offer communications coaching to build strategies to build alignment within a team or organization.
Qualitative Research
I can work with your research and design teams to create a qualitative research plan, conduct the research and synthesize the data that comes out of the field. Research can be targeted across a range of business needs and could be targeted at defining or new opportunities for your business, identifying core value for a product or service, and informing the overall design of an experience. I often will ask you to make available members of your team to support and learn alongside me so that learnings are embedded in your organization even after my work is done.

I can customize a workshop based on the needs of your organization. Workshops may be designed to align teams, surface organizational insights and gaps, structure priorities, define new opportunities and train on innovation best practices. This guidance can be provided as a single intensive workshop or as leadership over time.
